Tracy is an experienced accounting professional who has worked in the field since 1988. Since August 2020, she has been an accountant at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, where she contributes to accuracy and operational efficiency. With years of experience, she brings solid financial know-how and a practical approach to supporting the team. In her free time, Tracy enjoys being outside with her family and dogs.

Shannon joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® 10+ years ago as a Risk and Safety Specialist. Her hard work and passion for excellence led her to advance within the company, ultimately becoming the Chief Operating Officer for the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® portfolio within Elevated Opportunity Group. With a strong focus on leadership development, Shannon excels at recognizing talent and mentoring individuals into successful leaders. Her dedication to fostering a culture of growth and empowerment has contributed not only to the success of her team but also to the expansion of TMT Elevated Opportunity Group.

Outside of work, Shannon values time with her family and enjoys the outdoors, especially when visiting Michigan to reconnect with loved ones. She has a passion for fishing, outdoor adventures, and attending country music concerts.

Justin became part of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team in June 2008, starting as a driver and steadily advancing to the role of General Manager. After gaining valuable experience, he took a significant step in his career by purchasing his first franchise in 2013. Committed to growth and development, he is passionate about helping employees reach their full potential and creating career opportunities as the company expands.

Justin is married to his high school sweetheart, Jill, and they have two wonderful children. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with family and friends. An avid sportsman, he loves: cycling, running, competing in triathlons, fishing, and hunting—especially duck hunting.

Tyler’s journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® began in the spring of 2010 as a driver for the Cedar Rapids, IA franchise. Starting at the ground level, he quickly advanced to General Manager, gaining hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the business.
Eager to continue growing, Tyler moved to Tulsa, OK, in 2014 to take on a General Manager role at a larger franchise, further developing his leadership and industry expertise. In the spring of 2015, he took the leap into franchise ownership, relocating to Omaha, NE, to become a Franchisee. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for excellence, he has flourished in his role and now serves as a partner overseeing 12+ franchises within the Elevated Opportunity Group of TMT.

Beyond his professional life, Tyler values time with his family, including his two sons, Toby and Greyson Whalen, stepdaughter Addison, and wife, Chelsey. They enjoy attending their children's sporting events, wakeboarding, fishing, and traveling to new places.

Christie began her journey with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in May 2001 as a receptionist and quickly transitioned into a role in Human Resources. After more than 20 years of dedication, she stepped into the position of Safety Manager in 2022, leading crews with a focus on safety and teamwork every day. She loves being part of an incredible team that fosters a safe, fun, and family-like environment. Helping others grow in their careers with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is especially fulfilling for her. In her free time, she enjoys cake decorating, cheering on the KC Chiefs and Royals, and spending quality time with family and friends!

Matt has been a member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® team, since August 2017. He started out as a mover and worked his way up to eventually becoming a team lead. During July 2018 he made the jump from the operations side to the bookkeeping department. Later in 2020, Matt was placed in charge of our Accounting team, as he has a passion for numbers and customer service overall. During Matt’s free time, you can find him at the gym or building computers.

Dan joined our Elevated Team as Chief Financial Officer in October 2021, bringing years of experience from the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® corporate office, where he served as an Accounting Support Specialist. With over 16 years in the field, he now leads our Accounting team, managing finances for 15 companies, including our TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and TWO MEN AND A JUNK TRUCK® store locations.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his children and five grandchildren. In the summer, you’ll often find him gardening!

Curtis was born and raised in Ankeny but currently resides in Kansas City. He played tennis for four years at Coe College upon graduating from Ankeny High School. He enjoys working with the local team to find unique and creative ways to better support people with their moving needs. If you are looking to solve a unique moving problem, just let Curtis know!
