Jack and Garret were wonderful to work with. They were extremely efficient and very thoughtful. I asked if possible that the refrigerator and freezer be unloaded first. They brought the appliances up from the basement, plugged them in in the garage so they would be close to completely cooled when they were moved. The service was overall great, but i did watch the truck drive slowly around my complex for 5 solid minutes... I have no idea why. I happened to see them initially pull in in the right area and then they left again circling around. No attempt was made to call me at this point to ask for further direction. This made me a little upset since they charge you from the time they leave their office.

I am totally satisfied with my experience. The only negative was that I was near the end of the day's schedules and therefore at the end or just past the window they gave. But they compensated by being quick, careful and cost less than estimated!
