A Brunswick native, JP joined our team in early 2026 and has quickly become a dependable part of our daily operations. Known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help wherever needed, JP consistently goes above and beyond for both customers and teammates.

Currently working toward becoming a driver, JP continues to demonstrate the focus, determination, and professionalism needed to take the next step in his career. His commitment to learning and growing makes him a valuable member of our team.

Outside of work, JP enjoys reading, studying, and working out. His dedication to personal growth carries over into the workplace, where he approaches each move with care, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.

Isaac joined our Brunswick team in January 2026 and has been a fantastic addition ever since. Born and raised in Miami, Florida, he brings strong energy, leadership, and heart to every move he’s part of.
Outside of work, Isaac is a proud dad to two adorable daughters, Harmonie and Isanie, who inspire everything he does. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, writing, drawing, and spending quality time with his family. When his schedule allows, he also coaches football—a passion he loves sharing with the next generation.

Isaac believes deeply that giving back builds a strong foundation and leaves a lasting impression, and he brings that same mindset to serving our customers and community every day. We’re grateful to have Isaac on our team!

Meet Maiya! If you’ve called our Brunswick, GA office for a quote, chances are you’ve already heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line. As our Customer Service Representative, Maiya is the behind-the-scenes magician who keeps everything running smoothly—from your first call all the way to move day.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, FL, Maiya brings a warm, positive energy to the team and says her favorite part of the job is the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. When she’s not keeping schedules on track, crews organized, and somehow even managing to keep Aaron in line (no small task!), you can find her spending time with friends and family or enjoying a day at the beach.

Simply put—if your move feels easy and stress-free, Maiya probably made it happen!

With 17 years of experience as a dedicated trauma nurse and 9 years as a passionate travel agent, Katie brings a unique blend of care, adventure, and real-life experience to everything she does. A proud mom of four daughters and a seasoned military spouse, she’s relocated seven times and deeply understands the emotional and logistical challenges of moving—making her an empathetic resource for families on the go.

Katie’s love for travel runs deep, especially when it involves water—whether it’s a beach, boat, or relaxing by the coast. When she’s not planning dream getaways or caring for patients, you’ll find her cheering on the Jacksonville Jaguars, Atlanta Braves, or proudly wearing her Florida Gators gear (while lovingly tolerating her Georgia Bulldog husband!).

Katie is all about family, fun, and helping others feel at home—no matter where they are in the world!

After serving 26 years in the U.S. Navy, Aaron has built a career rooted in leadership, discipline, and a commitment to excellence. Recently retired from military service, he is now bringing that same dedication to the Golden Isles community as the co-owner of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brunswick.

Teaming up with his best friend, Michael —a fellow Navy veteran—Aaron is excited to embark on this new journey of business ownership, ensuring customers receive top-tier moving services with integrity and care. His passion for service hasn’t wavered, and he looks forward to making a positive impact, one move at a time.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves and Georgia Bulldogs, spending his free time with his wife, Katie, and their four daughters, who keep them busy with all the activities life brings!

Michael Sham is the proud owner and fearless leader of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Brunswick, bringing energy, experience, and plenty of fun to the team every day. Known for his ability to keep spirits high and inspire through both hard work and humor, Mike is dedicated to making a difference in the communities he serves.

After graduating high school, Mike enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving six years as an aviation electronics technician. At just 19, he was already leading teams and giving orders to men twice his age—an experience that shaped his leadership style and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. “It definitely prepared me to be a leader and taught me how to be ready for anything,” he says.

Following his military service, Mike earned a degree in exercise physiology from Belhaven University. While pursuing a career in strength and conditioning, he joined TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Jackson as a mover in 2013—and never looked back. Within just two months, he advanced to General Manager and quickly rose through the ranks.

Mike was selected for the first-ever Mary Ellen’s Moving People Forward® scholarship program, where he spent a year in intensive training to prepare for franchise ownership. His dedication paid off—earning a $10,000 award to help launch his own franchise.

In 2017, he and his wife Emily moved to the Gulf Coast to take on a new challenge—leading the Gulfport franchise. Now, Mike is expanding again, bringing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to Brunswick and the Golden Isles alongside his best friend, Aaron. Their journey comes full circle, as the two first built their bond while serving in the Navy.

With a franchise and now a new expansion into Georgia, Mike remains deeply grateful for the opportunities he’s had. “I never imagined I’d be a small business owner. I’m so thankful to my partner, this company, and the incredible people who make this all possible.”
