I am very pleased with our moving experience. My Mom's furniture had to be delivered to 3 different family members home. The men went right to work and got everything done in a timely manner.

REBECA
Truck was not equipped with necessary tools so took longer than necessary and I paid for that mistake. Also, truck arrived late.
Movers were great other than that!

Unfortunately, they do not carry custom wrenches such as what was needed and came with your bed. Hopefully you were satisfied once we were able to find one and were able to get that taken care of for you. I have to say that I was very impressed with the service I received. There were only 2 men that were there to help and they worked without any breaks and got everything done in a timely manner. I originally had 4 people moving me in with another company (there was more stuff) and it took them twice as long. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of the 2 men that helped me move. I will be recommending 2 men and truck for anyone I know that is moving!!!

The movers for on-time professional courteous and did not waste time moving my possessions They were very well trained and did not hesitate to wrap and take good care of the items that removes. I will highly recommend two men and a truck to my colleagues.

My moving team was very courteous and helpful, as was the office staff. I feel your price was fair. Some observations: when placing large furniture items on a wall, your team members appear to be trained to "eyeball it" to center in position. I would consider making measurements, since it is impossible for homeowners like myself to adjust after they are gone.
I read in my pre-move letter that I could leave contents of dresser drawers in place. I do not recall your material cautioning that small loose items in drawers would be displaced because the dresser was moved standing on end. I will have to remove all the drawers and dig out the contents. I'm glad I only had one dresser to move. Some slight damage to two small pieces of furniture, but nothing significant.

The guys that showed up to move me where happy. They made the moving process easy when it is normally a drag. They were quick and took great care of my belongings. They were very well mannered and were a joy to be around. Two thumbs up!
