This is our second move with your company and our experience both times could not have been better. The office staff was friendly and helpful when I called in to schedule the move, providing all the info I needed about pricing, etc. The movers arrived at the schedule and were wonderful to work with. My husband and I enjoyed the brotherly teasing between them. They wrapped everything efficiently and took care with our belongings. When we got to the new apartment they were very patient with placing things exactly where we wanted them. All in all, the move was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. After the guys wrapped things up and moved on my husband and I discussed how nice it was to work with such hard-working, courteous, friendly young men.

The mover didnandacirc;??t help out anything where it belongs. Boxes clearly labeled where to go were just out wherever. A refrigerator was left uncentered on a dolly which later turned over causing damage to a wall and the refrigerator. Bed were left against walls. Furniture left in the middle of walkways in the House. Overall very dissatisfied with the service provided and will. The only reason used was availability on a Friday. I will not recommend to anyone that they use two men and a truck. There are other companies out there with competitive pricing that offer better service. I work out of town and had to pay another company to come in and finish the move for my disabaled mother and elderly grandmother.

We were unable to get a hold of you on either day but would have certainly come back out to rectify these issues had we been aware. Professional Service, took good care of our furniture, and also did a great job when we had more items than we expected. Customer service cleaned our carpet and provided us with a gift card due to a couple of hiccups. Will recommend.
