The entire experience was solid. The customer service before and after was great. The guys doing the moving worked really hard and were pleasant even after s long day.

At least 3 of my pieces of furniture were damaged, missing corners. Two of those are antiques. I haven't unwrapped everything yet and frankly I am afraid to. Hoping the rest survived unscathed. Furniture was upside down, we are still looking for some small items that were in the drawers. We were told to not empty our drawers.

I for a long time I have never seen 2 men to follow thru together , when one lead the other followed , if leadership switch the other followed there was no power struggle,it all went very smoothly. Wow the knowledge to figure out how to get something thru the door that was not fitting, those guys showed out they put their thinking caps on and they figured it out book smarts has to do with years of EXPERIENCE and KNOW HOW you can't get this in book smarts. I congratulate you two men on a job WELL DONE.. My house was moved out in 30min exactly, yes I had things already in order to go but they still moved very fast, Job well done Fellas ...You can use first middle and last name. I am very happy with a job well done
