We had an amazing moving team that did an outstanding job! From getting a quote to a very last minute change of plans - the office staff was also incredible and easy to work with.

I can not express how wonderful the two guy were during my move. Polite, Professional and hard working. They had to go up and down three flights of stairs in 100 degree weather. Please reward them.

Overall everything was great, had to hold one guys hand though even after explaining where certain things are to be dropped off. One piece was damaged and still waiting for CS to call me back for a claim.

I would recommend more training around safety. Teams need to know some things about each other like as in allergies and keeping abreast of the time of year for insect or snakes. They should be armed with insect repellant and wasp spray. One team member was highly allergic to wasp and there was an encounter with wasp. He did have an E-pin but his team needed to know how to give it.
