Booked movers and junk removal teams. Movers: Anthony, Calvin, and Michael along with Junk Removal team: Jalen, Kevin were kind, professional, and went out of their way to help me with various issues on June 27 & 28, 2024.

I can not express how wonderful the two guy were during my move. Polite, Professional and hard working. They had to go up and down three flights of stairs in 100 degree weather. Please reward them.

Jamal and Chase were professional, kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to do a great job! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience!

Overall everything was great, had to hold one guys hand though even after explaining where certain things are to be dropped off. One piece was damaged and still waiting for CS to call me back for a claim.

I would recommend more training around safety. Teams need to know some things about each other like as in allergies and keeping abreast of the time of year for insect or snakes. They should be armed with insect repellant and wasp spray. One team member was highly allergic to wasp and there was an encounter with wasp. He did have an E-pin but his team needed to know how to give it.

I have to move a lot because of what I do for a living and this was by far the best experience I have had with any movers.

From initial contact with the office staff and making sure everything was set to the two young men who moved my belongings across state lines.
They kept me updated the whole time, very professional and great personalitys on those two young men. They handled my move impeccably. Great young men!
Follow up handled with professionalism , would recommend two men and a truck over any moving company.
