Movers were very helpful and respectful of my property. They were also kind enough to wrap everything that could be damaged and make sure nothing happened to it. My only issue is the lady told me that I could purchase TV boxes the movers would bring for my TVs. However, the movers said they didn’t have TV boxes and the office shouldn’t have told me that. I would have bought some on my own if I knew didn’t sell them in the first place so now my TVs are in storage without any protection

Well. Actually I got three men and a truck. These three guys got me packed and moved in no time.
They were very nice and worked hard.

It was great! The movers were friendly & professional! This is my third time using Two Men & A Truck, and I'm always satisfied!

I like the fact that I was able to get movers at the lady minute. I called on Monday and got movers for Thursday.

Pablo, the sales person was very helpful. Octavius, Colby and Saeed were courteous and very friendly and professional. Only had one small problem, missing one foot off of my grill and have a lost remote.

Octavius and Sahid were wonderful. They were punctual, pleasant, positive, did a fantastic job, they were quick. It was a delight to work with them. My parents (who were at my home at the time) raves about them.

Movers were great! the entire experience was great. Got us moved out and in without a hiccup.

I am very irritated the entire experience and I have damage that has not been addressed. I am not easy to please but they were late and they complained that I did not tip them enough. The older driver complained and the younger driver apologized to me later. I gave them 60 dollar tip for 5 pieces of furniture and I thought that was okay. I didn't know I probably would have given him more when he complained but I didn't have any. One of the first things he said when he arrived was = I want you to know we work for tips so we would appreciate it if you take that in mind. Then they damaged a small piece of my mothers antique dresser. I saw him trying to put the broken piece back on and then I saw it and he said he would report it and he took pictures. They called and never came out.

My estimate stated the movers would be at my location between 1:15-1:30. At 2pm I called for an update. The customer service person told me there was a 3 hour window. I asked if she knew when they would be there and she said no. She was VERY unwilling to do anything. A different customer service person called be with an ETA and went above and beyond in providing me information. There was a very different experience between the first person and the last person I had contact with.
