Virginia
The movers forgot to take the hardware that they packed from my large table.
One of the movers helped themselves to my sunglasses that cost $85.00. I want them back or $85.00

Response
We are sorry to hear that the hardware for your table was not in the movers possession at the unload. We will have the claims manager contact you to work toward a resolution in the matter. we take accusations of theft very seriously. We ask that you contact the authorities to file a report. We will work with them should they deem this necessary and make the guys available to them should they see fit.

Thank you! I am extremly satisfied with the service I received from TMAAT. Cedric, Eddie, and the other gentleman were very professional and worked very hard to ensure my property was safe — all while being efficient with their time. I will definitely use this service again.
