We had to postpone our move by a day due to torrential rain, but the next day the sun was out, and they were here first thing in the morning. They worked very hard and finished an hour earlier than we had expected, which saved us money!

The guys went above and beyond - they were nice to work with, efficient, courteous, and awesome. Our neighbor at the old house was ugly to them when they arrived - we apologized profusely and talked to her...but the lead for TMAAT was very professional with her. The only issue I would say (which isn't a horrible thing) was not AT ALL with the movers but with the process before that. I called and told the lady that we didn't have much. She said we needed someone to come out. The guy we had who came out was very professional, but he saw that we had less than 40 boxes to move and little furniture...but still quoted us for a typical 4 bedroom house move. In the end, it took half the time quoted. The movers should not be at fault for "moving too fast" - the issue was with the estimate.

The movers were professional and workedwelwith is to ensure a smooth move. Excellent service all around.

My experience was Horrible, I am still waiting on the Supervisor to schedule a cleaning date with Stanley Steamer to come clean my property; Property was stolen the movers were smoking weed and very unprofessional, the follow up process is non existent- I will never use them again or refer out.

We were satisfied with the overall experience. The communication with the office and lead person on the job was good. I will use your service again. I am not a fan of people asking for tips, even if it is not a direct question. I think maybe having it available on the paperwork as an option would be best. The crew that handled our job was professional and timely. Malcolm, Diego, Lil Mal and went above and beyond. If I were to use your services again, I would love to have that crew again!!

Service was great... completely filled a 26 foot truck and packed everything nice and neatly into a 10x15!!

This team was not as professional and neat as the other team I had tape all over my yard. They also left the storage unit

I've used more inexpensive movers before and had bad experiences. When you go through a company with "contractors" the nice agent who speaks to you on the phone has never met the independent contractor who actually comes to your home and moves your things. Two men and a truck works differently and it is reflected in the service. I've used them to move 3 times and I've always had a great experience.
