Overall I will likely rehire but I do not want the same moving team. They were courteous but somewhat slow and not as organized when placing items in the storage unit. When I returned to unit and opened items fell out on me and as i surveyed my items many were haphazardly stacked and a few of my bins were damaged that I had to throw them out and repack the items.

Everything great, except for. Hospital bed, which is not functioning, moter running, but bed not responding.

The overall move was good. Trevor, Tyler, and Shawn worked well together, however some boxes while rather heavy were not handled carefully by Shawn. The final sign off was expected immediately after the move and some undiscovered damage was found while getting settled in. (Chips in the corners of a large mirror, plastic leg holders on patio table.)

The movers took excellent care of our property. Thank you.
The only snag was that we had a missing item, a fan. The problem was solved eventually but it took our initiation to call back to the office to follow up in spite of their promises to come back to us.

The movers banged up my kitchen island leg very badly. They did not mention this to me....I found this after they left.
They also changed my time of move as they had a cancellation. I agreed but then they arrived 30 minutes late.

The move damaged several items of furniture.Most were small nicks on heavier items, but there was an enormous deep scratch to dining table. Repair people sent quickly with ( so far) excellent results. Still waiting on the table scratch ( had to go to shop).Movers were polite and professional.

Our moving team were very courteous and expedient. Our belongings were well taken care of with only one or two (literally, only one or two) minor scratches here or there. The truck did have some holes in the floor of the deck with the street below being visible, but that was the only bit of their equipment that needed attention. The dollies, wrapping, and other equipment they used were all in good shape. Overall, a good experience.

well, first i did not get what i thought i was supposed to ie dishpack boxes with insert instead they wrapped with paper but not everything was wrap include glass things had a few broken items, they forgot stuff after i told them not to forget, they damaged my ceiling fan when they moved in boxes but seem to really not care and they packed food with tools in the same box as food with cleaning supplies in the same box just unacceptable

I had used this company in the past. But this time is was not good. They kept complaining about how much stuff we had. They broke a tree limb off at my new house for their benefit without asking. The boxes were clearly marked yet were put in wrong locations. I don't they could read very well.

They did some scratches on the furniture. One bed was not assembled properly, I noticed it too late. I needed to draw their attention on a wall unit not well assembled. They moved some furniture without removing any pieces and they damaged some parts. They tried to fix it at the end. Not completely satisfied.
