Movers came, I paid a high amount per our, bed frame was damaged, floor was damaged, entrance way was damaged.

Overall, I am really pleased with my moving experience. Moving Team was positive and finished faster than I expected. There was one slight mishap: the frame of my TV stand fell down the last flight of stairs and ended up disassembled with surface damage. The TV stand was sent back with the movers to be repaired and replaced; however, after a week and a half, I have yet to hear the status of the repair/replace. So, though the final outcome of the TV stand is currently pending, I still had an overall great experience with Two Men and a Truck.

unfinished work. Glass table broken and I received a disrespectful treatment from mover and local office. Looks like claim for a broken item is not part of the processes this company use.
I claim for my contract agreement and this company leave my stuff in the middle of the move.

My only issue is that one table was damaged, and they were supposed to have someone call me, but it's been a week, and no call.

I think it is unfair to require that I sign a document saying there are no damages when I have not had a chance to discover all the damages. I note that the moving team caused considerable damage to the paint on the pocket door of my old house and scraped the paint off of one wall with my refrigerator. It left two matching marks on the refrigerator at the same location as they appear on the wall. I think I can buff out the refrigerator, and I sanded and repainted the pocket door, but I did not have paint for the wall. There are scratches on my furniture, but I will fix them with wood stain. Everything that could be was or will be fixed, but it's just a hassle to do when moving is already a hassle. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck, but with reservation.

The movers were nice. They worked hard and were efficient. But they stretched the leather on my Ethan Allen sofa. More care should have been taken with the sofa.

I was assured that the price of my move would not exceed the estimate however this was not the case. The crew was slow and cause damage to my sleep number bed that will cost over 1k to repair.

I had issues with the movers not communicating, left without a word for 45 min, not 30 min, had to call the office to see where they went as they did not leave a cell number. They returned late and then it started to rain and had to stay after hours to complete due to them leaving for 45 min. If they had not left it would have been done on time. Suggestion, have movers start bringing their lunch. They ate the snacks that were not offered, which was in a basket. One person asked if I could make a run to the corner store for them.
Two sand glass hourglasses are missing and a $269 mirror was broken.
I do have to say I called Jade and Melissa and they talked to the 4 workers and deducted the mirror cost from the bill. Gave a Good" due to Mgnt & the two workers who came to finish the job.

Missing two sets of green bungee cords, white 4 shelf unit ( narrow book case). Movers asked if we wanted to check the truck after unloading, but took their word it was empty. Glad we used 3 men and two trucks! Would use again

The two young men were pleasant , not especially friendly though. The head young man was excellent, his assistant failed to notice the glass on an end table, did not wrap it and when picked it up the glass fell off and broke. I'm not sureness if we are being reimbursed.
