Still waiting to hear from office about the repairs to our dinning room buffet. It got scratch and removed paint off 2 places. Also, received a dent in center of front. My husband was very upset! Only had one broken drinking glass which I think was excellent for breakage. Really liked “sonshine”, nickname for one of the movers. He was on top of things and had such a pleasant attitude and it spilled over to all of us. He is a valuable team member. Just hope we r contacted and repairs r completed in a timely manner

When the movers came they had a hard time getting my sofa out the master bedroom, Which took several hours trying to figure it out, When it came to moving my 1,600 refrigerator they didnt have the tools and it was left there, Which i spoken to them in the beginning and told them what was being moved. What kinda moving company comes without tools to take things apart. I was aware about the how much it was going to cost but we still was charged for the hours was spent on them trying to figure out how they was going to remove my sofa out the master bedroom.

<div>Keegan,<br/><br/>I am sorry we couldn&rsquo;t move your refrigerator as we didn&rsquo;t have it on the original estimate you provided and for liability purposes, we don&rsquo;t disconnect water lines. As far as the couch, we went to great lengths not to damage the walls or your furniture and I guess the walls were damage when it was put in and we were trying not to do that bringing it out.</div>

The movers were pleasant and worked diligently. One was more experienced and careful than the other two. There was a miscommunication between the office staff and movers. Office staff indicated I only had 5 items to move. My home is 2,200 sq. ft. and had many more items so movers were unaware and ill prepared to fit all my items in truck. Office staff also did not make ME aware that live plants could not be transported and I had to make arrangements for about $350 worth of planters and plants to be moved on my own.

Totally disappointed in the lack of care and respect shown for my belongings. I was promised furniture would be wrapped. It partially done. Some items were not wrapped in the plastic I was told it would be and some only partially and quite poorly wrapped. This was only done after my insisting and reminding them I was told by sales it would be done. The supervisor's attitude was negative. They were supposed to make sure the furniture was moved first. They moved most of the boxes first. Many of the things I stressed be moved first where left for another time. It was a stressful and negative experience.

I needed to move a freezer from my house to my dad's house. Two Men & A Truck gave me a good quote and available time frame. The guys arrived on time and were very courteous. They had the freezer loaded on the truck in 9 minutes with no problems. The overall job was under an hour. My dad and I were happy with the results. I would use this company again if needed and would highly recommend them to others.

Driver needs more experience in close maneuvering - especially backing. His helper needs training in guiding driver during backing.
