All was great except I would have preferred a reminder or acknowledgement email or text about the move the day before. I could not get anyone on the phone to return my call the day before to verify the movers would be there.

Wasnt as good as the last time i used the movers. Lost the power cord to my tv had ..to buy another one.

Salesman told me that mover would help with items already at location. Mover gave me hard time when at location but helped me anyway. Stressing me out was unnecessary

A site visit was completed, a quote was given; yet, in the middle of the process of moving I was told the price would increase significantly because of the lack of judgement used in the initial estimating costs. The office scheduled conflicting dates and didn’t communicate effectively with the movers, the field estimators nor myself (the customer). The movers took more than 6 hrs to pack and load after quoting me a two-hour pack. After much confusion, being accused of misinterpreting the field estimation and constant back and forth with the movers, I decided to cancel the move. The office NEVER called me. The Owner never called me. The original field estimator NEVER called me. My refund was NEVER refunded and no one ever talked to me or asked my concerns prior to this survey.

Mathew was very helpful in estimating the price and explaining things how move would work, Rachael was very good to call day before and day after for follow up. I was very please with hard working guys JT, Damien and Josh, they were very respectful, humble and made my move very easy, thank you!
