This was my first time hiring a moving service to assist me with my move and I am very pleased! The movers were very thorough in the handling and care of my items and they finished in no time at all! Dustin and Ricky were absolutely fantastic! They were efficient, hard-working, and extremely helpful to me during my move. I am a single woman, 61 years old with a bad knee so moving is a huge challenge. Both young men went above and beyond to help me. And they took care of my belongings as if they were their own. The two young men who helped me with my move were late but I do not know if that was an office scheduling issue or the clients before me abused their time, but they did call and let me know they were on the way. They arrived and got to work quickly, were friendly, professional, considerate and respectful of my time. They worked wonderfully together and who would have guessed they hadn't been a team before that day? It is very refreshing to see young people who are enthusiastic and take pride in their work. You should be very proud of this pair. Best wishes.

Loading the truck was handled much more carefully than unloading the truck. I think the movers suddenly realized it was lunch time and/or they had another appointment to keep. I was watching the off-loading but should have been at the self storage unit to supervise placement. I had told them this was to be a "working" storage unit. I had files and other items which I would be needing several times a week. When I was finally able to go to the unit I found everything piled on top of each other, making it impossible to reach some needed items. Although the unit was partially restored to my satisfaction I also feel I paid for this additional time.

I can't begin to tell you how impressed I was with the crew that moved us and the office staff. Matt initially worked through the bid process and made me feel like there were no surprises, Maurice came on the site just to check to see how things were going. Dustin, Richard, Chris and Dwayne were INCREDIBLE. They cared for our stuff, stayed in uniform, accommodating and very polite. Great representation of your company. They worked hard, took charge and most importantly, caring. They worked well together and it seemed the only thing they were interested in was our happiness, which they achieved. Extremely well done!!!
