They miscalculated the truck size needed. Felt like they made promises and failed to deliver. The moving team that showed up was courteous and hard working. When they realized they couldn’t fit all in the truck, they called their supervisor and he came and took the lead in loading. The way he loaded without blankets and wraps scratched multiple pieces and crushed a number of boxes including wardrobe boxes. Thus my wife and was very unhappy and will not recommend two men and a truck.

We had a problem with breaking a leg on a sofa - Sean got the manufacturer's information and ordered a new leg, which we received. Rate this great.
We have a current problem with soiling of our living room chair - the hand truck wore through the plastic wrap and caused black marks on our white chair. Took pictures at storage unit - still waiting for a call back on this...!

Some of our furniture wasn't put back together correctly. The young men took to long. They weren't prepared or able to handle the job as experienced men. All but one bedroom was taken down and the move was too long. We already had things packed and taken down. A friend referred the company and was with us doing the move. Our move was MUCH longer. She had 3 bedrooms taken down and put back together & we had one. We moved down the street 3 houses. She moved from Navarre to Fort Walton Beach. The movers damaged walls in both houses. We weren't pleased at all.

Overall, the service was excellent. I have one concern: when moving furniture that has legs, especially old or antiques, I would like to see both men pick up the item and move it, rather than sliding it around on the legs. I believe one of our old dressers has a broken leg as a result of being slid across the carpet and not picked up and carried.

Circumstances beyond anyone's control made the load in difficult (torrential rain, flooding) so the load in after it cleared was hurried and furniture was damaged, a box of fragile antique glass plaatters was completely shattered and a tv screen was cracked. The guys were great under the duress of the situation, but things were damaged in the outcome.

It was real hot and we had a three story house we moved out of. So they did a good job there. I finally told them to stop loading stuff and go unload had them only put the furniture in the new house and all boxes and everything else in the garage. And that took them 6.5 hours. I had to personally move more stuff for two more days with truck and trail after work. During the move there was a floor lamp book shelve and a wine cabinet broken. They said they didn't have any damage report sheet to file out. I do understand the heat of the day and I could see they were hot and getting tried. And that is why I chose to have them stop moving stuff. The first time we use you guys they were excellent and that is why we chose you again. They worked hard but did expect little more for 1200 dollars.

Took 15 hours to move my home, damaged property, and one of the movers stole $ from my daughters piggy bank and admitted it after being confronted.

Upon arrival, one man did not handle my vintage china well. Immediately heard clanging, broken dishes ( 3 times).
Reached for items high above and did not use the ladder provided to him. Left plastic, used tape rolls, tape all over.
The 3 men left without cleaning up their messes. Five glass top items were barely wrapped and not put in boxes for shipping.
I asked the men upon packing to put fragile boxes in one room and more durable items in another. Did not do.
Stacked fragile with very fragile and with pots and pans. Expect a lot of broken, damaged items. Probably will need to
re-pack and do it myself correctly. This move will be my 28th and final.
VERY GLAD I DID NOT HIRE YOU TO MOVE ME FROM FLORIDA TO ARIZONA !!!
I GAVE THE MEN VERY GOOD TIPS...BIG MISTAKE....

Movers were fine. Totally disappointed with administration. Willingly disseminated my personal information over the phone. Will be included any any future litigation.
