We ended up with two teams and two different trucks. Our primary goal was to move our furniture with using boxes as filler. I have moved a lot between the military and the corporate world plus overseas and I’ve seen some expert packing. Alexia was the lead on the second team and she’s phenomenal! She knows how to pack and manage a team. Every one, however, were very professional and courteous.

This is the 2nd time to use Two Men and a Truck to move office furniture and equipment. The team was on time, worked hard during the 2.5 hours it took them to complete the job.

The service of unloading the truck started good but went bad after the crew leader felt the job was done after an hour and 15 minutes of unloading the truck. When we explained that we paid for 3 hours, he said the job was to unload only, not to bring things inside. After wasting time calling his boss, he was evidently told to work a total of 3 hours, the attitude change and carelessness was too..
