Mike came and gave me the estimate and he was right on. Kept in touch with us and responded whenever we called. Very happy with your office support. The moving team was very good very courteous. They di an excellent job packing two trucks and unloading them the next day. Cant praise them enough great job. Thank you all

Taylor was courteous and friendly. I was not verbally warned about the need to have the washer disconnected though info was provided in an email the day prior to my move...my fault. The main issue: the movers damaged our bed. I could live with a scratch or two but there's a hunk of wood missing from the side railing and a crack through the top of the railing that sits over a drawer (storage bed). The drawer does not properly close and where the wood is missing a 2nd screw on that side of the bed and can no longer be used to secure the headboard. I emailed Taylor the moment I saw the damage (w/ pics). She was quick to reply and said she inform her manager. This was June 4th. On the 9th, I sent a follow-up email. I left a voice message on the 12th. It's now the 14th...still no word.

Worst moving experience ever. I will never use your service again, or refer your company to friends/co-workers. It was a pure waste of money, and I have to pay someone else to finish moving my stuff.
