This is the 3rd time I have used Two Men and a Truck services and cannot complain at all! Competent people at every level in the company! They deliver on what they say and have never had so much as a hiccup on any of my moves. The gentlemen who performed the heavy tasks (the movers) have always been kind, considerate, professional and completed my move as I requested. Would use Two Men and a Truck in the future, if need be. Thank You!

I have used Two men and a truck in the past several times and was happy with the service. However, this time was extremely disappointing. One guy (the driver) was great but the other one was the slowest moving and uncontscientious mover I have ever seen! He was lazy, slow, unhelpful, and careless (dropped several boxes and carelessly unwrapped goods in trucks so they came crashing down all over the place when he released it. My boyfriend and I had to end up unloading boxes from the truck and use dolly because he was moving so slow. It was already way over the original time estimate.
Very disappointed. I used to be a raving fan.
Response

<div>Good Afternoon Kelly. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused for your move. Two Men and a Truck takes pride in our customer service, but it seems we may have missed the mark here. Our senior crewmen on the job is consistently a top performer. The other crew member will be evaluated through our quality assurance training. I hope we can help resolve some of these issues with your move. Could you please call us at 407.254.5000 and ask for the General Manager? He would be glad to work with you on a resolution for this matter.</div>
