The movers were very well dressed, professional and fast. They were careful with my belongings. I just have one issue with a large coffee table the feet are missing which exposed the screws and it was placed on a wood floor and scratched the floor. I reported it to the office and waiting on a reply, the guys were really good otherwise

The majority of move went fine, but left with gouges in door frame at front door which will have to be puttied and painted, and part of molding on hutch broken off and we don’t have the piece to try and fix it. But, the men were courteous and polite and overall did well.

I would have rated everything EXCELLENT, but that will have to wait until I see how the damage claims are handled. I really like your company a lot, and clearly the people working there are on the same page as far as the positive vibe of professionalism, courtesy, and down-to-earthness. The gentlemen who handled the move were engaging and very nice. Unfortunately, my dining table top was smashed and a bookcase was broken. I'm told the table will be repaired, and I am quite sure the book case will have to be replaced. If all that goes ok, it will confirm me as a fan of your company. [Also, the veneer on a shelf of another bookcase was messed up, but I didn't notice that until after they had gone, so there was no damage claim done for that...too late?]

I have used your services before, never form the downtown office always from Casselberry and never had a problem before, this time all the items were either broken or scratched, it was a small move my daughter room, and everything got their damaged, even the plastic boxes with her things were broken!! The attitude of one of the movers was terrible, I regret using you guys and will never use the Downtown Orlando office again, if Casselberry is full I will look for a different set of movers.

Overall, the movers did a really good job but my King Size mattress got dirty in the process.. My only criticism.

Everything was good except for finding dirty work boot prints on my sheets and Bankets to my bed. I didn’t directly supervise this part of the process so I was annoyed to see this disregard for my bedding just because I wasn’t in the same room.

Courteous movers, however obvious damage to some pieces. Ripped space bags, dropped appliances with obvious dents. Bed reassembled but not all pieces were used - somewhat concerning.

I moved from one condo building to another condo building across the street.

I had to repeatedly ask my moving team to wrap each & every single item I wanted wrapped.

They did Not wrap my mattress and set it on the floor of a filthy freight elevator, without a protective pad underneath it (even though the pad was promised).

That said, my new’ish sofa was covered in fuzz from the “well used in the past” pad.

The moving team must have turned my file cabinet on end and now it won’t open. I’ve had a call into the office to resolve this issue for a week now, but no follow thru response yet.

I am a Realtor and have used 2 Men several times before. My nearest franchise has a new owner. It’s time for me to check out the competition.
