Had some floor and wall damage so gave the “good” rating. Movers were very polite and helpful.

The two young men that moved me were awesome. Very friendly and upbeat. They took great care of all my things and nothing got broken or damaged. It took longer than I was quoted. The only other thing is there was a spill on my carpet at the old place due to a leak in my patio furniture. I was told they would get an approval to have it cleaned but never heard back from anyone. I need to get this resolved so I get my deposit back at the apartment. Please have someone contact me. Other than that everything was great. Will use again as well as recommend.

My total moving experience was very good. How ever I did have one problem with a glass shelve in my TV stand that was missing. The Transportation Manager told me that he would have a new one made. Its been eleven days and I have not heard from him or any body from your company.

Pick up team was motivated and quick. inner state drive was significantly longer then expected. Drop off was long and rough. Banging into walls and door frames. Get it in type if attitude. Boxes were crushed and furniture was chipped with paint streaks. Overall the staff was kind and helpful but would benefit from some training.

The packers shoved everything into boxes and we had some damaged equipment. They did not bring any boxes or packing equipment so when they ran out of the boxes we had, they just left. We had to pack the rest.
Two filing cabinets were dented and damaged. Two shelving units were bent so bad they had to be thrown away.

The office and moving team were courteous and professional, communicating effectively with us throughout the process of moving. The packing and moving experience was straightforward. One small amount of accidental damage was resolved to our full satisfaction in a very timely manner with no hassles.

We loved our moving team's attitude and personalities, however their lack of experience with actually packing boxes showed as we opened each box. We found MANY damaged or broken goods due to poor packing, including irreplaceable items like artwork from my daughter. There was very little packing paper used, and items that shouldn't have been packed together were. The moving team head a great work spirit, so I'm wondering if they lack training in the best methods of packing. Despite the amount of damage and loss we've found, we're actually shocked that there wasn't more based upon how the boxes were packed. I've yet to be given an explanation as to how my losses and damages will be handled, so that is making me question things also.

The movers were very efficient and polite. They loaded and unloaded fast, they followed instructions, and were generally careful with the furniture and the walls. There was some minor damage to some furniture but this is to be expected with any move. I already recommended 2 men and a Truck to a colleague and would definitely use the company again. My movers were Janai, Chris.s, and Jordan and I would ask for them next time if available.

Your movers were efficient and pleasant. There was a little damage during the move but your front office took care of having it fixed quickly and the handyman did a great job. Thanks!
