The office staff and crew that I had on moving day were exceptional and commensurate with previous Two Men and Truck experiences.
Unfortunately, the packing crew ruined the overall move. The packers threw our ironed/hung clothes in a bag like they were rags. I’ll need to dry clean all of those items. They didn’t keep critical pieces of the bed together and they didn’t finish packing everything.

Ryan, we are so sorry the packing team did not live up to your expectations. We appreciate you sharing this information so our operations team can provide more training on how to properly pack clothing, disassemble beds, etc. We hate that this tarnished your otherwise good impression of our company but we hope your good experience on moving day helped make up for it. Priced way too high! Charging customers from the moment you leave your office to time movers return to the office is ridiculous. There was a serious car accident a block from my 10x10 storage unit which backed up traffic even after we left storage facility to destination 10 minutes away. Movers dropped boxes & furn in living room & assembled a bed & mirror on a dresser over $500!

Susan, we're sorry you don't agree with our pricing model. We attempt to be as transparent as possible by providing written estimates and we hope our customers understand that we compensate our movers and drivers as they commute from the office and back. If the team was stopped due to traffic we should not have charged for that extra time. We apologize if expectations were not met and we appreciate your input.

The crew showed up and wanted to reschedule they left and then then they sent another crew to do the job! The general manager came out and helped make it right! The second crew did an amazing job!
