I was having items moved from a professionally packed (by your co.) storage, then be sent via pod long distance. There were 2 men who arrived, but 1of them was clearly learning. He was polite, but he also didn’t take the time to est. the wt. of a dresser, and when he let it go, a foot was split in half. I have had 3 previous moves with you, all superb. I hope this man has lots of training!
