Jonathan and Ryan were fantastic! They worked really hard and allowed me to cry at one point which I obviously needed. Maria was communicative and allowed me to freak out at one point when I made changes, lmbo. The price is high but it was worth it when I had the help that I needed. Thank you!!! V

Your CSRs need to be more specific with price quotation prior to customers agreeing to service rather the after the fact breakdown of cost which include time of movers calling and time of movers returning to office. It’s difficult to understand the logic behind that pricing strategy. Iit it that taxis or Uber should now change when the are 15 minutes away from a passenger’s hone? This Illogical

Tedd, we're sorry if you feel as if you were not given the proper information about our pricing, but we cover it on every customer call. We bill port-to-port and that travel time is included in our written estimate. We pay our movers and drivers the entire time they are working including the travel time from the office and back. We appreciate your input and we will use this as a reminder for our CSRs to continue to ensure our customers are aware.

3 man crew was on time, ready to work with great attitudes. Got us loaded and on the way to new place in record time. They were genuinely happy about being able to help people. With my knees, no way I could handle the bulky furniture. They made short work of it and made the move easy. Thank you!
