The team sent was great. In particular Charles was a beast. Did not stop moving. He was polite and easy to communicate with. That young man was what made it great. He had to push his team mate a little but he made sure it happened.

I spoke with Austin regarding being charged while a supervisor distracted the men for approximately 1/2 hour, about my missing and broken items. He stated that he would “see what he can do”. I paid far too much money to have broken items, items that need replacing and to not have received any credit in time for the superiors distractions. I’ve sent my pictures and received no response to date.
