I was impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Jacob and Juan showed up right on time and at the beginning of the scheduled service window (8-9am). They were both friendly and efficient in loading my stuff from my storage unit and into the truck. The entire move took 90 minutes on the nose. I am an extremely satisfied customer.
