Jacksonville office team provided excellent customer service, information and was responsive. Haley was very responsive to our request and questions. Christen, too, was very courteous and routed our requests to Haley. On move day we received a call that the movers were on their way and would arrive in 20 minutes. They went straight to work, carefully wrapped our furniture, moved items from both the second and first floors. Packed loose items in boxes, and loaded the truck in under two hours (we had previous dismantled tables and beds and no dish packing was required). The team of Felix and Juan made it to Orlando right on time and had everything placed in under two hours! Great attitudes, pleasant, and careful movers. Thanks for a pleasant move experience!

John is an amazing asset to you company. His hustle and manners were excellent.

We had three guys who worked together very well. They were extremely conscientious with all antiques. They were very helpful and thorough and made moving my mom so easy! Thank you!

The two men did a great job of taking care of my things, packing, unpacking, dropping off etc etc. they were just clearly taking their time. No sense of urgency. Only one of the two were taking trips back and forth delivering one item at a time. The job could have been done in atleast half the time. Great service and care of my things, but will not use again.

the front office staff seemed a bit disorganized.
the movers themselves were great, and on time. I was disappointed that the arrangement for storage was my responsibility to go and pay for, and was complicated by the storage being on the second floor, making the move into and then out of the storage much more expensive

Sheddrick and Israel were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. I was especially pleased with the care they showed with my furniture.

I was originally told I would have 4 men and 2 trucks and the move should be completed in about 4.5 hours. At the last minute this was changed to 2 men and 1 truck at 9 hours. The move actually took 13 hours and 2 trips to the storage area. This was an very painful and long day. I wish the original plan had been left alone. No one consulted me before making this change.

We hired Two Men and A Truck based on a high recommendation from our neighbor and the great ratings on the web. We were not disappointed. They were fantastic from the first call to the final signature after the move! I appreciated how much Jacob and Garrett hustled and were very careful with my Mother's items. They were professional and hard workers with caring interactions with my elderly Mother. I would use Two Men and a Truck again in a heartbeat!
