Rob and Matt make a great team I would use Two men and a truck again if needed

Fantastic work! The guys were efficient and really had a “can-do” attitude. The office staff was so helpful in coordinating. Will definitely be using again.

The quality was of the move was horrible......the damage done to my furniture I just wanted the day to end. Scrapes and dents. A 4K round leather ottoman being rolled and not wrapped is beyond comprehension. The movers were moving pieces themselves versus the balance of another co-worker. The walls were marked/dented. One of the movers was more concerned abt his cell phone than moving my furniture that I had to help move things along and move items off the truck myself or the bill would have been more than what it was. All day long the cell phone usage was more important than the job itself. I was even asked for a cell phone charger. The way lamps and other pieces were just thrown in an oversized box and not wrapped was just poor and I will NOT recommend your company and will speak to others abt my experience with this company.

the movers were very polite and efficent with my move. my only complaint was that it took them a long time to meet me at the storege unit. much longer than it should have which in turn added up the time i was charged

I have moved on Nov. 27th and was very much impressed with the team of Milton, Eddie, Isiah and Oscar. There were very efficient, helpful and could not be more courteous and friendly. I definitely would asked for this team if I would be moving again. Thank you all for making the move a little bit easier for mend I definitely would recommend you to anyone who would be moving.

My team did a fantastic job of handling very carefully the furniture and paintings belonging to one of America's most famous poets. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work, and they were very pleasant to work with.
There was zero damage to anything, not even a little scratch.

Totally professional from the first phone call to the actual move....and we did this 2 times. Milton and Reggie were terrific and very careful.

Move 9/12. I had to pay for 1 hr & 15 mins in ea. direction. I hired because I thought it was a local biz. I wud not have hired if I knew I wud have to pay $190.00 an hr. for 3 hours of travel. I started to unpack yesterday 9/14 and there are 2 items damaged. They knew. They stood the console table up when they unloaded so I wud not noticed. Missing my work dresses that I discovered last night. I had given instructions to put all boxes in the basement so I could bring them up as I needed them, but when I returned they were all the rooms. I had to push back on getting a credit. While I got a 30 minute credit, I still had to move a lot of the boxes myself. Milton was very professional. I will call the office on Monday. Once it is rectified, I will be happy to take the survey again.
