The moving team we had was comprised of 4 men. Three were good, the 4th was not careful. He banged furniture into walls and then put a screw through a desk. Ari, in the office, was very helpful until we wanted to be reimbursed. We have been offered $70 for a $600 pottery barn desk. They disassembled a sleeper sofa and were unable to reassemble it. Someone else had to reassemble it.

The Team that assisted with our move was absolutely amazing. They were very professional and respectful. I do not remember all of their names, however, I believe it was Noah, Hales, and it was a female as well. She was so nice, bubbly attitude, bouncy curls, and a pleasure to interact with. My only concern was one of the movers stood around often. I had to direct him to do some task. This was very disappointing to me
