The two movers were great. I understand the truck charge but thought maybe it could have been waived since they weren't using the truck. That is my only complaint.

The office staff was very nice, but it is very difficult to talk to anyone.. You call and leave a message, you guys call back and I am at work and cannot answer my phone.. So, I call back and again have to listen to a very long message and leave another message.. I think you need to hire more office staff. Then my order was wrong.. They said, we had a piano to move- which we did not and said we had a lot to move and we did not. Better phone service would be nice... I hate leaving a message......

I had three movers. The only issues I had was with Ricky. He rolled his eyes every time I told him something needed to either go upstairs or in the basement. Seemed very lazy. Finding excuses why he couldn’t carry more. He was told by the gentleman in the white bandana ( who was such a good mover, very professional) how to improve his working and he just made excuses. The two other movers, Lloyd and another. I forgot his name, but they were both so respectful and very polite.

Tony and Chris were excellent! I am so grateful that we had them. They were fun to work with and made moving so much easier to handle. It was
long (and hot) day moving us out of our old place and into our new house, but they kept a professional and humorous attitude the whole time. Watching them struggle up the stairs with our dresser was proof that hiring them was the right decision, there is no way we could have moved without them. All of our furniture and our home was left in great condition, despite the challenges and bulkier items. Thanks again, guys!

I had an amazing experience. Two men and a truck are a little pricey compared to some of your competitors, but you are paying for piece of mind - knowing that all of your items will be taken care of. Happy to spend the extra $ for the seamless experience.
