I trusted your company to do a good job since I had used you before and the movers assured me numerous times that he had over a decade of experience. I trusted that when they loaded 22ft truck leaving 7 ft empty in the back sitting 3 couches vertically, piling everything at front. I almost crashed on hwy - the police pointed to truck load as reason. I had repack it took 2 hours. $777. Never again.

Sabrina, we’d like to clarify a few points regarding your review. You are correct that load-only moves are subject to different liability terms because once the items leave our care, custody, and control, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported or secured afterward. We also have no control over how the vehicle is driven. You voiced your opinion on this matter several times now. This is the first you've mentioned a police officer. We do record all phone calls, we find it very suspect that this is the first time you've mentioned a police.
We also offered the option to purchase our load-only kit, which includes the appropriate professional materials and tools to help secure belongings during transit. You declined that option, and without knowing how the items were subsequently secured, we cannot determine the cause of the mattress damage.
We would also like to address your comments regarding our team lead. He has more than six years of experience in the moving industry and has extensive experience loading trucks efficiently and safely. We stand behind his knowledge and ability to perform his job. Once again, we find it very suspect that this is the first mention of police involvement.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. Arlo and Jacob were fantastic from start to finish - professional, careful with every single item, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. They handled my furniture like it was their own, making sure nothing was scratched or damaged along the way. Beyond the careful handling, they were hardworking and clearly took pride in doing the job right.

These guys Mike, Juan and Gabe were absolute beasts. Professional, fast, honest, courteous and really dang good at their jobs. I would recommend these guys to anybody. 10/10 all around.

The movers were nearly an hour late and communication with the drivers and dispatch was inconsistent and spotty at best. Once the movers arrived, they did a fine job, but the put my move pretty far off schedule

Robert, we understand how that can be frustrating. You were scheduled in one of our afternoon slots in which our arrival window is from 12-5. There was a job before your move, and there were complications at the unload location of that job. Which is why we were an hour later than our original update to you. I have always had a good experience with Two Men and a Truck! Yesterday I had Denis V., Sam A., Dustin W., and Juan C. and all 4 were very hard workers and speedy! They had me moved in 4 hours!
