The morning of my move I was called and asked if I wanted a third mover for an additional fee. It was well worth it as probably cut the moving time in half. The men were friendly and courteous and I was called by their manager about half way through the move just to make sure my needs were being met and to ensure the movers were meeting all expectations. I would recommend two men and a truck for your moving needs.

The expedited service was exactly what was promised, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the process. From the punctuality of the appointments, to the communication along the way, and the care in which the movers packed & unloaded the truck, everything went amazingly well. The cost was steep for our move, but it was worth it for how well everything went. Everyone we interacted with throughout the process was wonderfully friendly and informative. A special shoutout to Brock and Francisco who were just awesome movers.

Great onsite service and the moving team was great. A bit worrisome that the scheduled arrival time didn't happen as moving teams were over-scheduled on the day - schedule for arrival between 8-9 and they arrived 2-3. I arranged my week's schedule for my move to happen when it was schedule. Another team was found and they did an excellent job. Thanks guys.

Brad failed to explain total cost and lack of experience moving grandfather clocks. He never explained surcharge on truck. Brad estimated 5 minutes to wrap the clock. 45 travel time. 15 to unload. In reality it took 90 minutes to wrap. 90 travel time (which we drive in 45 all the time), 30 minutes to unload. Clock was damaged. Had to spend a lot of time on phone to get a settlement for the damage. Came highly recommended but will never use this company again .
