Kendall and Matteo were great! They were not only on time, but willing to come early as I was anxious to get started. The took the time to explain the logistics and set expectations regarding the move process once they arrived, then promptly got to work. They were focused, diligent, and attentive to the care of my possessions. Their friendly and engaging demeanor put me at easy and made the move a very pleasant experience.

The only issue that I have is with the office. I asked if I could have the men take some items to the dump and I was told yes. I was not told that I had to arrange it. I assumed that they did that sort of thing a lot. I was told that I had to arrange it the day we were moving, so I did not have them take anything to the dump. I had to hire another company for that. Maybe I was told and I did not hear. Overall, my experience was good and I will know better next time how to deal with items that I need to have disposed of.
