I booked my move at least a month before the move. Two men and a truck called and confirmed my appt the day before my move. They were supposed to meet me between 8 and 9 in the morning on June 16th. At about 7:45 I received a call from dispatch stating that they did not have movers for me and they would work on getting me scheduled later that afternoon or Sunday. Later in the morning I received another call that the movers would be here between 4:30 and 6. Then around 12 I received call again that they would meet me in about 30 min. I had to rearrange my schedule 3 different time to accommodate this. I received a call yesterday stating about my service and I shared my experience with the company. Someone was suppose to call me back to see what they could do for me. No Call yet.

Despite working for over 8 hours straight with no break and no lunch, Zach and Drew showed up with great attitudes for my move. They kept their great attitude the entire time despite some moving challenges at my home. I’m not moving again, but I will definitely recommend this team to anyone who needs a moving service.

I was very pleased with my move and the movers who helped were very nice and efficient. The one thing I wish I had known was that they wouldn’t take my tv or other electronics. I understand the reasoning as far as liability goes, but it would have been nice to know beforehand.

The guys were polite and took excellent care when moving all furniture. I would recommend to anyone.

it went ok. had a few items not taken because ran out of time. Did take a sliding door, big wood with 2 panes of glass in it to make opening wider.. But they never put it back so I, at age 77, have to figure out how to get it back in place. My wife has called the office about it but everyone too busy to deal with it. Also a drawing table has to be taken apart by myself and then figure out how to move it.

Great crew. Took good care of all items and were professional. Not a single item damaged. Careful, but efficient.
