This was an absolute nightmare and disgrace. You sent 3 men and a truck and it should have been 4 men and 2 trucks. The team that responded was slow and very unorganized. After working for 10 hours they went home and they had to send a new team out the next day. The supervisor who came to the house had no idea what he was talking about, in regards to the timeline in progression. The supervisor named Davin has not clue in how to talk to customers, was demeaning and talked down to us, assumed we had no idea how this whole process woks. I had used your company 2 times before but not in Denver. We ended up using 16 hours to move us, when if the office team would have sent the correct amount of people , we would have been done in less hours . So disappointed in this company and their staff.

While the initial set up was good, the day of the move was anything but... they were an hour late. Then didn't follow instructions and caused damage to our refrigerator and 2 tables. Only one member of the team (Anthony) was willing to listen and discuss things. They were slow going and took a break (even after showing up late an hour).

Dealing with them after the fact to get reimbursed for the damages was totally laughable at what they offered especially in comparison to what they charged to do the move).

Next move will definitely NOT be with Two Men...

Our movers were fantastic! They took great care of our furniture and they had a great attitude and work ethic the entire time - very impressive! Brad, Adam, Kendall, and Kyree did a great job -- thank you, thank you, thank you gents!

Adam and Frankie were great - it was Frankie's first day and he did really well with Adam's guidance. Both guys had a cheerful attitude and were respectful of both me and my elder dog. They dealt with challenges efficiently and with patience. Terrific job from both!

Our move: ornate, heavy furniture padded & protected, taken down a long hall, into an elevator, out a service entrance, through a parking lot, & out to the street; followed by 5 stops with deliveries & items to pick up at each. We were scheduled for 4 men & 2 trucks, knowing it would be challenging & long with that size crew. We ended up, though, having only 3: Quinton, Emmanuel, & Jammal. They tackled the job, were professional, careful, polite, & efficient. The move was big; from 10 a.m. Monday to 1:45 a.m. Tuesday, those three just kept on going. They maintained a positive demeanor even as the hours grew long, & continued to carry on out of care & strength as they had begun the day. We were impressed & let them know how much we appreciated their efforts. We wanted you to know, too.

The two movers came and put all my stuff in the truck very quickly, and then moved everything into the apartment in a very short amount of time. Everything seems to be in the same condition it was before. Overall very happy with the service.

A few minor ones- broken leg on toy box, main bedroom bed and dresser scuffs, main bed not put together entirely complete

I have used Two Men and a Truck on multiple occasions, and I've always had a good experience. My movers, Francisco and Jose, were especially excellent during this move. It was a big job with a lot of heavy furniture, and they handled everything with care. They even went the extra mile, taking off the feet and base, so that my big couch would fit down the small staircase to the basement. Then they reassembled it for me, and the couch looked good as new! I'm beyond appreciative for all of their hard work, and they were truly a pleasure to work with. Two Men and a Truck is a great company with great employees - I highly recommend them to anyone who's moving!

Called the day before for a quick move out of my sons belongings. They were fast and courteous and affordable.
