2 moves in 1 week. Both were excellent and professional. The estimated costs were spot on and everything made it intact.

The movers were polite and professional and I love your follow up! Will recommend to others!

I would definitely hire 2 Men & Truck again, Lorenzo & Jake did an excellent job, worked hard & were very professional. Everything arrived safely. Thank you!

Great experience from beginning to end. I’ll definitely refer you to all my clients and personal network. Thank you!

My sister at the pickup location is the person who spoke to the office and made the arrangements, so I do not have feedback for that. I was on the receiving end, and everything was done with professionalism. I was disappointed at the process of receiving the credit card payment however. It seems archaic in that it was manually written on a multiple page document (including all numbers, expiration date and security code) and then called in for a confirmation code. It seems like there was no need to write it down if it was being called in. I was uncomfortable with the truck driving around the rest of the day with my information written on a piece of paper.

Awesome experience! Please let the team of movers that assisted me on 3/08 and their management know they did fantastic!

The guys did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did it with care and precision. Great job!!

When the movers arrived, I had everything in the first room for them. When they seem a heavy and old TV , they said it wasn't on the list , but I had told the person on the phone my list was the same as when two men & a truck moved me in except for some items I no longer had AND two I added on. That's the only part of the move I wasn't pleased with, and it could have been he didn't hear me correctly on the phone.

My overall experience with 2 Men and a Truck is excellent. The office staff was very considerate of my time frame and when I had to move my scheduled date back they were very accommodating. The movers arrived and they were very swift in making my move go quickly. Their attitudes were happy and work appropriate. I will use them again the next time we move in the future.

moving team of 6 was not organized. I would have expected a first walk through to clearly understand what the job was and plan it out, that didn't happen. Guys were often standing around doing nothing.
Furniture wasn't always adequately padded, only plastic wrap was used to hold drawers in.
Our bedroom dress was dropped on the wood stairs... which was an accident, but might have been avoided had they pulled the drawers out to lessen the weight.
A hand card was pulled up the wood staircase with no protection to the wood surface.
Numerous times didn't have tools needed, asked me for tools.
Overall the guys moved SO slow, and there was no apparent leader guiding/driving the process and keeping them moving.
Not what I expected given the references I received.
