The movers were professional, kind, and worked hard. My estimate was done incorrectly so I ended up loading a uhaul, alone, after they loaded their truck. The driver warned me his truck was too small, so a receptionist called me an hour later and told me it would cost $310/hour and the travel alone for both trucks would be $940. Then said I had 10 minutes to make a choice. Terrible customer servic

Won't be using your services again and family memebers have cancelled reservations with you guys due to this experience. Terrible and the fact a manager never reached out is a problem after I dealt with people and asked for a manager I got nothing. I never asked for my money back just wanted to speak with someone other than Jessica "who did me a favor " and waived the 60 dollar I didnt agree to

We had three movers and all three were very nice and handled everything like it was their own. No damage and no issues at all. Great experience and will use again.

Special thanks to our moving team, Robert and Bernado. They helped accommodate the details of our move that involved two drop off locations, one of them being a busy city street. Plus they were understanding of the stress and overwhelm we were experiencng throughout the move process. Thank you also to Jessica who helped in the planning and patiently answered numerous questions.

I had expected that your comprehensive inventory system would allow for a more accurate estimate of the time and cost for this move. It was WAY more than I planned for, but I am glad to be safely in my new home and appreciate the hard work that the movers did. Kavone C was funny and communicated well with me, Albert M went above and beyond in paying attention to detail and taking care of my home.

It was actually 'three men and a truck' that did our move. I was impressed at how they handled my furniture and that of my sister's. They're a pro in wrapping the furniture(s) in plastic. They picked up stuff from 2 different places and moved them to one place within the 3 hours that we contracted for. The guys were very nice and funny too considering the current pandemic situation. Thank you!

The 3 men that serviced our moving needs were professional, kind & courteous! They worked well together as I watched their communication & team work from afar. They stayed in the job & w/ no slack off. Great attitudes & pleasant. They took their break & arrived back on time ready to go to storage & unload the truck. This was done quickly & smoothly.
