The difference between the grades given to the Office staff and the movers is because the movers themselves were great, Management/Office staff's, treatment of a desk destroyed in the move was insulting Really $15.00????? You did something like this years ago to me! No call back no call back no text??

We hired Two Men for two days. One to pack and one to move. However, only about half of our house got packed. And of that the identification of the boxes was either wrong or absent. As a result the movers came the second day without any boxes and complained about their own people from the day before. Then during the move they broke an expensive cooker and a full length mirror. We won't be using Two Men again.

I've used 2 Men and a Truck before, and had always been impressed with the speed and quality of their movers. This time around, the movers were slow and their quality was lacking. We lost a few dishes and glassware due to dropped boxes. The move itself had a myriad of problems, most notably, one of the guys got into it with the lead and had to be pulled, so we had multiple office people out which slowed, almost halted, their progress. This all made me very sad as I've always considered the service to be the best. Not sure if I'll use then again, and I'm now afraid to recommend them to others. Still waiting on the claims department to help replace the broken items. To sum it up in a word, I was DISAPPOINTED with this particular move.

Got the job done, but broke my glass table legs, dented a canvas, and put the beds in the wrong room. I would like to be re-imbursed for my cost to get the table legs re-made.

The movers were very friendly however it was obvious that a few of them were very junior. They were not careful with our art, furniture or boxes. I saw at least one box drop off the ramp from the truck. When they moved out art they just piled it in the garage. My husband had to explain how valuable and irreplaceable it is before one of the more senior movers stepped in to help wrap the items correctly. A few pieces of furniture have scratches and no longer sit level so the doors don’t open or close correctly any longer. I am disappointed with the level of service and obvious lack of training a few of the movers had.

The guy work hard and were nice. They did have a hard time getting our couch out of the apartment and put a good sized gouge in the apartment front door. Is that covered by the company. My husband is going to have to spend some money to fix it ir we loose our deposit.

I ended up with a few dings to my new apt front door and bedroom door but otherwise was overly satisfied with the care of the movers.

I was told 2 trucks 5 men ,I was given 1truck 3 men. The men loaded day 1 then day 2 crew 2 decided my house smelled bad and refused to move us, no one mentioned this prior, my mother has home nursing they ssid mild odor. I haven't finished unpacking yet but so far several items are broken , our prescribed medications have not been found yet we had them separate so they would not be able to pack, and was so told they did not move meds.Several things were not packed that should have been, my 87 yr old mother hospital bed was dissembled and parts are missing. Day3 the other truck was sent I assumed because only 1 truck was available the day before, no there said I was being charged again, I don't think that's being honest on your part

My experience with the entire Two Men and a Truck organization has been very good. From the time I called to get an estimate, to the time I received a call from the claims manager after the move, everyone has provided exceptional customer service. Each person answered my questions and fulfilled my requests. We moved within the neighborhood from a 2 story, 3 bedroom home to a one story, 3 bedroom house. My budget allowed 3 hours and the team met the goal. My move included a piano, so a total of 3 men were required. They made sure everything was shrink wrapped, covered with padding or boxed and although one panel of glass was broken on my huge 3 drawer Armoire, the lead apologized, took pictures and forwarded my claim to headquarters. Needless to say, I highly recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK!

The men could not have been nicer. Worked very hard. But upon unpacking, unwrapping goods, too many irreplaceable things broken.... Surprised and sad.
