The guys did a great job! We realize that accidents happen and a couple things got broken. Your movers had great and helpful attitudes, these guys really cared about getting this job done for us. They worked hard and looked for ways to help us through this process. Thank you!!

Although there were scratches here and there on the furniture as well as on the wall, we understand that this may be unavoidable, and the people worked hard on our case as we had many boxes.

It would be helpful if Two Men and a Truck provided more accurate time estimates for when help would be arriving. I was originally informed that my movers would be coming right at noon, and then I got a call about 45 minutes later that the movers would be taking a lunch break first and wouldn't be there for another hour. Movers should factor in lunch breaks and other delays before they give customers time estimates.

We had to add an additional truck at the last minute. Thankfully one became avaialble but cost was almost double for a truck that was 1/4 full. I spent a lot of time going over inventory and reducing what we were moving. I was relying on your office staff to give me accurate information based on the detailed list and amount of time spent going over the inventory. I think we should have been told to go with 2 trucks from the beginning. It would have been a lot less stress & cost & time if we had known ahead of time that we would need two trucks. The movers did an excellent job of working with us. We could of had a better cost value and a lot less stress, wear & tear on furniture if we had 2 trucks. Thank you!

We hired your company for two days. One day to pack and another to move. The packers were decent -though they missed a lot of stuff (including an entire closet that then was missed by movers). The real issues came on day of move. We did not get a heads up call about arrival. No belongings (including all furniture and artwork) was wrapped in plastic or movers blankets. No padding was placed to protect either home. The movers did not wrap the mattress and folded it in half with a tension belt. We had several pieces of furniture broken. They also couldn’t re-assemble the furniture they took apart. We have pictures of all of this. Please respond

I didn't get a call back, on my first inquiry. However, the service I received from first contact on was very good. Also, the movers did not wrap one of the items from the entertainment well, and it was broken. Also, they damaged a lamp shade that had never even been used. Otherwise, they were great!

0ne of the men was very careless with boxes at times. Somehow the remote to our sleep number bed is missing, so could not fill it up until we order a new one, so could not use the bed. We had a 2 bedroom house with 1 appliance and the truck got full they said there were some items they could not fit, so we had to leave an expensive ladder, cabinet in the garage, and laundry basket like the laundromat uses. There was a lot of little things left too that I had to go back and get which filled my car up that they could not get in there truck. All in all, we filled up 3 of our cars with things from the house, and still had to go back, which is over an hour drive. The men were curtious and very friendly and the one that was in charge was great. Just way too much money for the size of house.

The movers were not fully aware of all the expectations and therefore not fully prepared. Also one of my furniture pieces was falling apart when it arrived. However they courtious and careful with other items.

Yeah so I paid this company $420, I was only
moving from Citrus Heights to west Sacramento which is a 30 minute trip. I didn’t have a lot of stuff, my queen bed was the only furniture item. They only worked an hour and a half which is half the time I paid them for and at the end when I hand him $420 the guy complains because I didn’t tip them and “the company keeps all the money”
I get done unpacking, turn on my tv, and I see that on the inside of the tv is filled with colorful lines. These men managed to break my tv on the way to my New place and since there wasn’t “external” damage they say they couldn’t replace it. I tried talking
To someone higher up but I was told the same thing. Sad thing is the tv isn’t even a month old but I am 20 years old and on my own so what can I do.
