It was great overall! The movers themselves were awesome, and I can't recommend them enough.
However, I've asked for a claim form for days now... and have received nothing. I have a couple of broken and scratched items. Here's hoping I get one when I call back today.

After a HORRIBLE experience in Chicago with moving companies, this experience was truly a Godsend. From organizing with Casey over the phone to dealing with ray and Leon, my movers, I was VERY impressed!! All were helpful courteous and kind. Not common traits these days .
Leon and Ray went above and beyond in the work they did and were so kind and respectful. They had to deal with ages from 70 to 5 years old and were great with all. I definitely would use again and will refer everyone to you
Thank you Robyn

Very helpful & professional! Office was easy to communicate with in terms of organizing a fair price & logistics of our in-house move. Day of the move was great, reliable, and efficient. Would 10/10 recommend to my friends and family in the future!

I selected your company because you were easy to work with from the start. Several other companies had a complicated process. I was living in two different locations and ease of use was a priority. Then your office team Melissa and Angelique were very kind. Kindness is a wonderful attribute when moving! Your two movers Cody and Ramon, were also the best. Professional, timely, and also kind. Thank you.
