Melissa, the Sales Manager at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Pasadena, is from Anaheim, Ca. She joined the team in April of 2018 and brings over 10 years of experience in the customer service industry. Working in this role allows Melissa to assist people through stressful life events, a task she finds fulfilling. She takes pride in being part of a company, like TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, that gives back to the community. Starting as a Customer Service Representative, she worked her way up to Customer Service Representative Team Lead and eventually became the Sales Manager. Outside the office, Melissa enjoys spending time at the beach or hiking, as well as exploring new dining experiences as a self-proclaimed foodie.

Monica is the Business Development & Community Outreach Manager for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® Pasadena. She focuses on building strong relationships throughout the Pasadena area and surrounding communities by connecting with local businesses, organizations, and community partners. Through these relationships, Monica helps expand our reach and ensures we continue providing reliable, professional moving services to the residents and businesses we serve.

Monica is passionate about representing the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand and creating meaningful partnerships that make moving easier and less stressful for our customers in the Pasadena community.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys staying active by working out and spending quality time with her family. She loves being part of a team that helps people through important life transitions and takes pride in supporting both our customers and the local communities we serve.

With five years of hands-on experience, Brenden serves as a trusted Driver Team Lead for our Pasadena team. He plays a key role in ensuring moves are handled professionally and efficiently from start to finish. His leadership, consistency, and positive attitude make him a valuable part of the team. When he’s not on the job, Brenden spends his free time in the gym or on the basketball court.

As a Driver Team Lead serving our Pasadena location, Jace is committed to delivering dependable and professional moving services. He works closely with his team to keep every job organized, efficient, and stress-free for customers across Pasadena, Arcadia, Sierra Madre, Monrovia, and Altadena. His hands-on approach and strong work ethic make him a valuable part of the operation. Outside of work, Jace enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Samantha Miller is a Sales Representative at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, bringing a strong background in business, marketing, and customer service to her role. A proud alumna of the University of La Verne, Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree before continuing her education at Azusa Pacific University, where she obtained a master’s degree in Marketing and Management. Her academic foundation provides her with a well-rounded understanding of business operations, customer engagement, and effective communication strategies, all of which support her success in sales.

In her role, Samantha is focused on helping customers find the right moving solutions while delivering a smooth, professional, and stress free experience. She is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to build strong relationships with customers and community partners.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. Whether exploring the outdoors or enjoying recreational activities, she values maintaining a balanced lifestyle that supports both personal and professional growth.

Meet Oscar, one of our drivers! Originally from Anaheim, Oscar was promoted to team lead after joining us in January 2020 and works for both our Pasadena and Fullerton locations. He takes great pride in exceeding customers’ expectations and goes out of his way to ensure clear communication and address any questions our customers may have. Oscar's strong work ethic and dedication to the job sets a positive example for everyone on our team, creating an atmosphere that his coworkers enjoy and appreciate.
When not helping us move people forward, you can find Oscar at home relaxing and spending quality time with his family. We're delighted to have him as part of our team!

Meet Juan, one of our drivers! Since his very first day with the team, Juan has established himself as a leader. His coworkers look up to him and his combination of a strong work ethic and attention to detail is very much appreciated by his customers. When Juan isn’t here moving people forward, you can find him enjoying his free time by playing basketball, and video games, and streaming his favorite show, The Office!
