SUPER MOVING COMPANY!!! We recently decided to relocate from Magalia to Napa. Two Men and a Truck took the worry and stress right out of moving. Professional. Friendly. Honest. Caring. First we spoke to Christine. We also spoke to Mathew on a Saturday. Then we met Justin the owner. The men to move our belongings were Mike, Jackson, Adrienne, and Nick. So polite and hard working. Every question was answered to ease our minds. The move went great and we were so pleased how they staged our home. So patient with us and the placement of our furniture. I've known about 2 Men and a Truck for a long time. I referred my brother to you when he had a local move in Chico in 2008. I saw what an excellent job they did and how courteous they were. I contacted you last year when I thought I was moving to Texas. I immediately thought of you when I had some heavy items to move from one home to another. Quote was miss-leading. Was told time started when they arrived. At the end of the day the time card reflected they started the clock an hour before they arrived for drive time. Time card also reflected a 1 hour lunch break? I don't mind that they took lunch, but why am I paying for that hour. 7% Fuel surcharge for a move less than 5 minutes drive away is absurd. Movers lost the bolts that hold the fridge doors together. When told about it 2 of them blew it off and just wanted to get out of there. The third was helpful enough to contact the office for direction on how to handle. Spindle handles for the safe came up missing, they were found the next day in the back of the moving truck. It took multiple phone calls, visits and two weeks to finally get the replacement screws for the fridge.

Overall, the guys were really good. Very polite, shook my hand. Wrapped all the pieces well. I really appreciated the communication with the office. They called to let me know they were running behind but the guys did arrive within the timeframe I was given. Unfortunately, a very large dresser mirror was broken. It had tipped over in the truck. What made that situation much better was that they handled it right away and I received a damage report the next morning. They are having the mirror repaired and i'm anxious to see the result since it's mid century and expensive.
