The team arrived 2.5 hours late because their first job ran overtime. They didn't pad my furniture. There was no light in truck so could unload at dark. The movers complained about the company continuously. My 82 yr old mother (extremely bad health) and I had to rent a hotel room for the night so we could have a bed. Mom's walker and wheelchair were on the truck overnight night as were our clothing, and toiletries. The furniture was scared and scratched due to loaders scraping against stucco walls and not packing right. I was compensated with 2.5 hours off my bill, but that was padded time anyway. The unloaders were great (Alphonso and Sam). Oscar came out the next day and performed touch-ups on furniture.

They were on time, understood and carried out instructions, and finished the work as predicted.

Wonderful people to work with...so happy we chose them for our move team. Everyone from the first person I spoke with, to the estimator, to the movers were friendly, knowledgable and professional. Moving is stressful...but as soon as Nolan and Justin arrived, the stress seemed to melt away. It was evident they were professionals who took great pride in their work...not only ensuring our possessions were well cared for but that we were comfortable and pleased. They had the perfect balance of taking time to pad and wrap our furniture and unboxed items, like lamps and pictures, to protect them and working quickly and efficiently. No surprise fees either. I learned of them through their support of local non-profits. Nice to have such a caring and good company in our community.

We were really very impressed with Two Men and a Trucks's services. I hired them to move my 91 year old grandfather. The movers were all very nice, respectful, and careful with his many valuable and fragile belongings. Moving is a tiresome and stressful event and your company made it much easier for us. We really appreciate how well it went.

Jamal and Caesar did a very good job, were very courteous, and accommodating to our wishes. They did overlook one item, a small safe (about 150 lbs). Would you do a courtesy delivery if when you have a truck out and about our area? I would appreciate it very much.

Overall, I have been very happy with both moves. Whenever I can, I recommend Two Men andamp;amp; a Truck and will continue to do so. I learned that Seme and Michael, who did a previous move for us five years ago, are still with the company which says the company is doing something right.

Just maybe don't turn dressers and safes upside down
Frustrating

Curtis and Sam were awesome. Very polite and professional. Jimmie the office person was extremely helpful and made a follow up call. Will definitely use them to finish my move!

The team did a terrific job. Arrived on time, worked hard, took care of my things and kept me informed throughout. I have already recommended them to two others.
