While unloading they got careless and one guy tried to manage a huge oak hutch all by himself. he lost control of it going down the loading plank from the truck. So, a huge oak hutch on a dolly, unmanned, went down the plank into the street and then fell face first onto the pavement. 60 years old, and now ruined. lucky no one was hurt.

The crew and office staff were all very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Two men and a truck are. 1. Prompt. 2. Courteous. 3 . Efficient.

i was quite pleased with my move. My sofa was damaged & i was upset at first as i had waited a long time to purchase this piece of furniture. But i did receive a phone call from the service/damage handler person & that was nice of them to follow up with me.
Both men moving me were very polite and answered any question or concerns. Also they were nice when i asked for something or explained something. The one fellow hadn't been working for the company for long but overall he did well.
The place i moved to had narrow balconies and he wasn't always careful with others things sitting outside their doors.
Overall I was pleased. I just hope my sofa can be repaired. Thank you

My experience with this company was outstanding. I could not have asked for a better move. Everyone from the start was polite, professional and prompt. They went out of their way to accommodate our difficult situation with a steep, remote driveway, by bringing a smaller truck which meant rescheduling their operations. Yonder fantastic customer service! I would recommend highly!

This is the first time I've used this company and I was extremely impressed!! Jimmy from the office was very helpful and has an awesome personality. Both Carson and James were very respectful, friendly and courteous. I will definitely use Two Guys and a Truck again!!!
