The movers were fast & efficient did a great job except my filing cabinet which was smashed & dented! Looks as if it bounced around in back of the truck, but I was able to fix it!

We had four men and two trucks and they were wonderful. Jimmie in the office was exceptional in her personable manner, knowledge of the services and most of all, caring about our satisfaction. The men on the crew were Michael, Terry, James F. and Christian and they were also exceptional. We have had several moves and this was one of the best. Nothing was broken or scratched. The men had excellent communication, were respectful of our property, worked quickly and carefully. The estimator, (I think his name is Jesse), was well prepared and was the first contact we had with your company. Bids were similar but it was Jesse's professional manner that first won us over which combined with our Saddlebrooke community forums, made choosing your company an easy matter. Bravo to all!

Santiago and Devante had an excellent attitude and were very kind and Professional. They moved my property with care and quickly. They worked very hard for us to move. Moving is stressful but they did an excellent job.
I do believe it was a little pricey, but it was labor intensive. There was a $130 charge just for arriving.
All in all, they did a great job.

A torn upholstery for the bed, careless transport of my embroidery machine down the sidewalk. YOur lead man denied both even almost to the point of calling me a liar for having brought it up. He didn't even know what the machine was but said that he had handled these machines many times. I have had to call a repairman to fix the machine, the results of your man rattling it down the sidewalk. When I brought it up he said that I didn't hear what I said I heard (the machine jolting every time it went over a joint in the sidewalk.

service both in office and at my home was excellent; the only thing I would suggest is that when soemeone like me has a VERY small job that takes less than 10 minutes, that they have special pricing that they can add the job onto a bigger one in the area. Paying $165 for something that took less than 2 mintues is a bit steep.

I wish there was something better than “Excellent” I could choose for some of those questions.

We utilized this company to unload a 16 foot truck load destined for a 2nd floor apartment with a long staircase (no elevator). The crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional. Sam and Chris were outstanding! Although our truck load was more than they were told and expected, Sam and Chris worked diligently and used extreme care with all the furniture. We were satisfied with the price. We would highly recommend this service to anyone requiring moving services.
