We had 3 men on our team that were very nice and easy to work with. We had multiple stops which they handled very promptly and efficiently. They were very accommodating when we changed some items at the last minute. They took great care to make sure items were protected as well as not to hit walls or banisters. They did an excellent job and I wouldnandacirc;??t hesitate to use them again.

Movers waisted time on their cell phones texting a lot, careless and broke some furniture, dumped my jewelry, left before emptying second truck. Our agreement said 8-9 hours and they left at 5 hr.

The two men were awesome and friendly. They did the job above satisfaction and were efficient and cared for my property. I really appreciate their work and what they did.

If I was eating this move on only Dustin (the lead) it would have been excellent ratings all around! The other mover (small Hispanic guy) seemed very put out by everything. The only time he seemed professional was when we told him he didnandacirc;??t have to move something heavy (stayed in garage). I finally just told them good enough to get him gone so he could get onto whatever was way more important than the moving job we were happy to pay for. If all your movers were like Dustin I would recommend in a heartbeat and I would use again. Stephanie in the office was great! But the interaction with this one driver was a little overwhelming. Thank Dustin again for us, he was the saving grace of the day..it just was really uncomfortable with the other guy seeming so irritated and put out the entire move
