We had a great experience! Very professional and efficient. The only improvement would be that the movers should carry spare boxes on the truck just in case the customer needs to buy some last minute like we did.

Move was completed on time and on budget with nothing damaged. All representatives and movers were courteous and efficient. That's what I call "EXCELENT".

The moving staff were great, but two pieces of the furniture were scratched and chipped and my wall was chipped by the furniture too.

Despite the heat the movers never complained and it didn't slow them down. They we're very careful with all items. Jordan was especially great with communication throughout the move as were the others in making sure they loaded everything I wanted. Great teamwork!

The guys did a great job. They took care of our belongings and worked quickly. The best part was there personality. I was impressed.

The movers and staff were very courteous and helpful and made it very easy for us when we were building a house with a 4 month hiatus before moving to new house. They were very helpful in recommendations for storage and packing and kept our items padded and wrapped with their packing materials while in storage for 4 months. We had a stone coffee table that was dropped and broken and was irreplaceable and priceless but they worked with us and did what they could to compensate us and did it in a fairly timely manner. I understood that stuff happens and things can get broken. I would recommend that the company work with their movers to ensure that they are not moving heavy items alone to ensure extra care. Overall, I loved the company and the movers and would recommend them.

We should have been advised to use 2 trucks and 4 men as it would have reduced the overall time and cost of the move. We needed two trips and our moving day lasted almost 10 hours when the storage facility was 5 minutes from my house. 2 of the 3 movers were efficient while the third was inexperienced which caused some issues among the team.
