The moving team did a good job and were careful around the house. Only two issues: Mattress was [laced in a bag, but not sealed-subsequently it dragged on the storage facility floor open side down so the mattress was collecting dirt.
2nd- my lateral file cabinet w/files was transported upside down from the truck to storage unit-complete mess inside.
I passed on a less expensive movers quote based on wires experience two months earlier.

Worst Experience Ever! They showed up 1.5hrs late. They did not wrap my mattresses. They left me sitting at the storage site waiting for a phone call on the weight of the truck, never called. Delivery was due Friday afternoon, they didn't make it. Then resccheduled for 8am Saturday, finally showed up at 1030a. Horrible move, will never use you again.

The team was great. The office staff was able to reschedule our move when we arrived early in our rental truck. The movers were very professional and moved our items with great care. They were friendly and made us feel comfortable. They clearly knew how to properly move each item. We will hire them again when our family members make the move.

The Three men that moved us were hard working and had very good attitudes. They only bumped two pieces of furniture, that we can see, and we will call the claims dept. Will review that process afterwards. Otherwise, the process was pretty easy and so far, so good.

The team did and excellent job in moving our household items. They put everything where we asked. The team had a great attitude and pleasant to work with. I will definitely use Two Men and a Truck again.

Estimate was 3 - 5 hours. Actual job took 9 hours. The truck was too small so a second trip was required. The crew told me that a two story to two story move should always be estimated at at least eight hours. My armoire was dropped outside going to the truck. Bed hardware was removed and didn’t wind up in the new home. A voicemail to the office looking for the hardware was never answered.
