The guys were awesome—respectful of my house and moved my very heavy safe professionally and without damaging anything. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!! The lady who set it up was very helpful professional as well!

We apologize for the issues and assure you that this is not the norm at Two Men and a Truck. We did do a final walkthrough with you before our team members went to the unload and you did sign off that everything was loaded. Also you were not charged for any time while they were cooling off in the truck. That was considered down time. Due to the 115 degree heat index, we do encourage our drivers to take frequent breaks so they don't overheat and/or get dehydrated. Their health is our first priority. We hope that we have resolved everything to your satisfaction. If you would like to discuss this further, we encourage you to reach out to us at 501-812-4445.

Eliada and Jonathan were amazing! They were efficient and quick, as well as so careful with boxes, furniture, and watching the walls. Both young men were very professional, patient, mannerly, and pleasant to be around. Their hard work is profoundly appreciated - and all this in 100 degree temperature!
